"[Hooper] preyed upon a young impressionable child, suggesting that he cared for her, luring her into his home with promises of alcohol and illegal drugs, and then repeatedly taking advantage of her youth [and] vulnerability,” the lawsuit claims.
A rep for the LA County District Attorney said today there’s no record of any Henry Hopper referred to the office, by police, for possible prosecution. Hopper could not be reached for comment.
The elder Hopper, best known for “Easy Rider” and “Blue Velvet,” passed away two years ago from prostate cancer. He was 74.
