Andy Cohen waging war with Oprah

Andy Cohen is either angling for a war or a job with Oprah Winfrey.

The Bravo television executive, who became a talk show host himself with "Watch What Happens Live," gave Oprah some harsh advice yesterday during an appearance on "The Howard Stern Show."
