The right choice

Debbie Harry approves of the choice of Malin Akerman to play her in the upcoming movie “CBGB.” “I haven’t met her yet, but I think she is fabulous,” Harry told us at the amfAR gala. “I hope she has a lot of fun doing it. I hope she has more fun than I had.” Harry is not yet involved, but she might be open to consulting. “They haven’t offered me any money, so we’ll see,” she said. The film is also set to star Foo Fighter Taylor Hawkins as Iggy Pop and Alan Rickman as CBGB owner Hilly Kristal.
