What would Blair Waldorf think of Leighton Meester’s attitude toward undergarments? “A little-known fact is that when I’m performing, I like to wear a bodysuit beneath whatever I’m wearing,” the actress, who has an album in the works, confides in the July issue of Lucky. “I hate bras, at least when I’m singing.” Meester, who starred as an up-and-coming country singer with Gwyneth Paltrow in “Country Strong,” also appears in the indie film “The Oranges,” with Hugh Laurie.
