Matt: Nice to meet you, too. There were three pillars that we were going for with Guild Wars 2. The first one was dynamic combat. We wanted it to really feel action oriented, face-paced. Sort of a console feel, where positioning was important and you could dodge out of the way of attacks. Your skill as player really comes into play, both when you’re fighting in PvE (Player versus Environment) and you’re playing against other players.
